The company was formed by Simon Browne in 2003 to provide a more "customer focused" approach to the delivery of IT services. Whilst working in Europe, Simon experienced a small number of IT service providers who achieved world class service. They delivered exceptional value to the clients through their values, culture, and customer-centric approach. Upon returning to New Zealand, Simon has mirrored this approach and has grown DDS IT into a highly differentiated IT service provider, which prides itself on its 'values + value' approach, customer-centric focus and world class service.

 

DDS IT's approach has resulted in clients from a variety of business sectors including Utilities, Transport, Insurance, Healthcare, Media and Film, Construction, Retail and Government. DDS IT Is is now a trusted partner to a growing number of corporate to enterprise-sized New Zealand companies.

Mark Oliphant leads our managed services team. He has over 10 years' ICT industry experience. What Mark enjoys most is making IT work for the client. Marks key driver is to make IT practical and understandable for the people that need to use it.

CEO and Founder

As the founder of DDS IT, Simon Browne, has established and built the company into one of the leading IT Service providers in NZ. He is a very hands-on leader and continues to manage some key clients and partnerships. Simon is the driving force behind the strong company values, including the people-centric culture which is a key ingredient in DDS IT's exceptional customer satisfaction and retention record.

Andrew Jurgens

Chief Digital Officer - Technical
Services Group

Andrew Jurgens was DDS IT's first full time employee and is Chief Digital Officer. Andrew is responsible for continuously improving operational best practice and developing the innovative methods that DDS IT uses to achieve a near 100% customer retention record. With over 20 years of experience in various technical service industries and management positions, Andrew ensures the highest levels of service excellence are consistently delivered to our customers.
