As the founder of DDS IT, Simon Browne, has established and built the company into one of the leading IT Service providers in NZ. He is a very hands-on leader and continues to manage some key clients and partnerships. Andrew Jurgens was DDS IT's first fulltime employee. Andrew is responsible for continuously improving operational best practice and developing the innovative methods that DDS IT uses to achieve a near 100% customer retention record. With over 20 years’ experience in various technical service industries and management positions, Andrew ensures the highest levels of service excellence are consistently delivered to our customers.
Mark Oliphant leads our managed services team. He has over 10 years' ICT industry experience. What Mark enjoys most is making IT work for the client. Mark’s key driver is to make IT practical and understandable for the people that need to use it.
Craig leads both the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on delivering incredible customer experiences and improved customer value through innovative technology and solutions. Craig has over 25 years’ experience in the both the IT and telecommunications industries with expertise in sales and marketing.
Everard Borland leads our professional services team across our secondments and project arms. He has over 20 years' ICT experience in operations, pre-sales, management and consulting roles across many industry verticals. Everard has led and delivered a range of large cloud and on-premise infrastructure projects from design and build through to implement and run states.
As an experienced business manager, Paulette is responsible for providing service management to our enterprise customers ensuring that we exceed customer expectations, identify and establish continuous improvement initiatives, as well as supporting our enterprise account managers. Paulette takes pride in her ability to enable productivity and growth through IT solutions while maintaining a high level of integrity. Her passion to provide clients with the best offering is the foundation of delivering a market leading service to clients and colleagues alike.
Raj is a service management consultant with over 10 years’ experience in service delivery, account management, and people and remote workforce management. Raj specialises in service design and service transition by working closely with the clients to tailor solutions to their desired business outcomes. Raj is passionate about continuous improvement in both services and process and commitment to personal growth.
Aaron is a professional services consultant with over 14 years’ industry experience, 11 of which have been at DDS IT. Aaron specialises in Microsoft environments and has a wide range of technical experience on medium to large-scale projects. Aaron has been instrumental in developing and deploying our “Windows as a Service” offering.
